PAYMENT TERM

1.  Payment by T/T

Please fax a copy of the applicant before issuing it
Kusuma Antiq Furniture a direct down payment on precenting the order, to start  manufacture of the full load orders, amounting to 40% of the total invoice or total sales contract.
The balance of the payment could be remitted after we send complete document by fax.

2. Payment by L/C

The L/C should be fulfill the following criteria (a must) to avoid costly amandments.
Irrevocable
Payable at sight
Issued from recognized bank/first class bank/operated with swift.
Shipment latest 2.5 months.
Credit valid for 3 months.
Expiry place is Indonesia.
Partial shipment allowed.
Transhipment allowed.
Bill of Lading consigned to order of issuing bank.
Fees and banking charges are to applicant.
Clearly are against following document only.
Precentage credit amount tolerance +/- 10 %
Available with/by any bank by payment.

ORDER  SYSTEM

1.   Sample Request.
We will provide the buyer with some samples as the following conditions :
Sample request below US$ 15.00 is free of charge.
Sample transportation will be buyer’s account.
Buyer own  design would be most welcome and will be handled confidentially.

2.  Retail.
For retail order (max. 10 pcs, more than pcs is same with  LCL order) by air freight to airport. Buyers must pay the all transportation cost.
Cost of furniture + Air freight per cubic metre + forward  fees.

3.  LCL (Less  Container Load)
The LCL. or Last Container Load is if the buyer take of buy  from Kusuma Antiq Furniture only few pcs, less than 1 X 20 ft container so Kusuma Antiq Furniture must be consolidated or mixed with other company to ship the stuff.

4.  FCL (Full Container Load)
Buyer take or buy from Kusuma Antiq Furniture 1 X 20 ft or 1 X 40  ft minimum.


PACKAGING/PACKING SYSTEM
Use  corrugated paper.
Carton corner with foamsheet corner protection.
Covered  with foamsheet, esp. for top of the item.
