The company has deducted part of their salaries to pay social insurance for half a year, but it has not sent the amount to the authorities, according to the workers.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The company also extended probation period for the new workers. The city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s labour department, acting as an intermediate at a meeting between the two sides, asked the company to pay VND1.2 billion (\u00c2\u00a338,000) in social insurance it still owed.
