If you have been not, try to taste the various flavors of salted egg production of duck producers in Kebonsari Village, Candi District, Sidoarjo, East Java. Mostly people in this village are farmers of laying ducks since the 1990s and up until now this local village is known as <em>Kampung Bebek <\/em>(Duck Village). The view of <em>Kampung Bebek <\/em>is accordance with its name. Kebonsari Village that located in south of downtown Sidoarjo is place for duck farmers and becoming economic centers of selling salted eggs with a variety of flavors and national quality. Most of the people in this village are always busy in the crowd of ducks. They are always busy collecting eggs of ducks that are scattered in the corners of the cage, then feeding these ducks until cleaning the cage. Interestingly, breeders of duck eggs in <em>Kampung Bebek<\/em> also continue to make a breakthrough by providing a variety of flavors in the duck eggs that they manage. At first, the breeders are only taught how to make eggs any crab flavor. But after learning the basic technique, the home-based entrepreneurs of duck eggs innovate itself to find formula of more flavors. Beside on the crab flavor, now there are also tastes of the shrimp, salmon, and onion flavor. Mr. Sulaiman, one of successful breeders of duck egg in Sidoarjo said that the results of <em>Kampung Bebek<\/em> were famous delicacy than from other areas so that duck farmers wanted to innovate more and more. He also explained, the sense of duck eggs from Kebonsari Village was different from other areas because duck farmers in this area gave their animals with food that contain high protein, including mussels and shrimp heads. UD ADON JAYA is the name of his business that led him to become a successful duck breeder. Currently, each day of at least a pack, Mr. Sulaiman can sell duck egg product between 700 to 1000 eggs which most of the buyers who directly come alone to <em>Kampung Bebek<\/em>. The price of an egg that cooked is about Rp 3.000 and Rp 4.000 for a smoked duck egg. Apart from that, Mr. Sulaiman presents a package of eggs from Rp 15,000 to four eggs in variety of flavors and Rp 30,000 for 10 eggs in variety of flavors with good quality and guaranteed egg.
