Who does not know <em>tempe<\/em> cracker, typical of snack food that full of nutrition is much-loved. Its main ingredient course of <em>tempe<\/em> and can be enjoyed with multiple choices of taste. These food souvenirs can be in every corner of Trenggalek where sell some souvenirs typical of Trenggalek. Although many areas are producing tempe cracker, there are some differences in each region. For example, differences <em>tempe <\/em>cracker in Malang with those in Trenggalek is process of making these products. In Malang, the manufacturing process is beginning from thick <em>tempe<\/em> then it would be sliced thin and after that it would be fried. In Trenggalek, frying process of <em>tempe<\/em> cracker is already thin.
