The answer is <em>Petola<\/em> Cracker. <em>Petola<\/em> cracker is actually not much different with other crackers made \u200b\u200bfrom fish such as <em>Ampyang<\/em> fish cracker from Borneo, <em>Tengiri<\/em> fish cracker from Palembang or shrimp cracker from Sidoarjo. In the village of Tanjung Ori there are least 35 people who produce <em>petola <\/em>crackers. Besides consumed by local people, marketing of <em>petola<\/em> crackers are already through to the neighbor country like Malaysia, and Singapore. In addition to the neighbor country, residents in Jakarta, Malang, Surabaya, Gresik and other cities also become a marketing area crackers. Enjoying <em>petola<\/em> crackers Petola that savory and delicious is not out of the manufacturing process that quite interesting. Craft makers of the <em>petola <\/em>cracker in Tanjung Ori Village use materials for making <em>petola <\/em>crackers that not much different from other crackers.
