Bombay Rayon approves garment unit buy

 Mumbai: Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd has informed the BSE that the board at its meeting held on March 4 has approved the acquisition of a garment unit of Maryan Apparel Pvt Ltd at a consideration of Rs 14.74 crore.
Maryan Apparel Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of manufacturing and exports of garments having its manufacturing facility at KINFRA International Apparel Park, in Thiruvananthapuram.
