Bombay Rayon to invest Rs 87.8 cr for expansion plans

As part of its expansion plans, textile company Bombay Rayon Fashions Ltd will be investing Rs 87.8 crore for acquiring a garment unit at Navi Mumbai, increasing existing capacity and for setting up a power plant. At the meeting held today, the board approved the proposal for acquiring the unit with land, building and machineries for Rs 2.8 crore, having an annual capacity of 0.45 million pieces of garments.
