Garment and textiles exports hit almost US$5 billion

Garment and textiles fetched US$530 million in October, brining the total export turnover of the staple in the first ten months of this year to US$4.96 billion, the Trade Ministry reports.
The ministry forecasts that the country’s garment and textiles export value would reach US$5.9 billion by the end of this year.
As, many enterprises’ export quotas to the US ran out in late October, experts recommended them to boost exports to non-quota market.
