THREE RIVERS, Mich. (NEWSCHANNEL 3) – Three Rivers police are searching for leads in a jewelry store diamond heist.
Investigators say the thief pretended to be a customer at Bonfoey Jewelers. He asked an employee to show him some rings and diamonds.
When the worker pulled them out the guy pulled a gun, grabbed the rocks and took off.
Police say he’s a white man in his 30’s. He had a neatly trimmed salt-and-pepper beard and wore a white coat with a gold stocking cap. He left in a light silver or gray car.
