Joslin’s Jewelry and Pier Masters Sponsor Super Truck Event During 2007 World Cup

ODESSA, Mo. — Officials at I-70 Speedway announce that Joslin’s Jewelry and Pier Masters have teamed up as sponsors of the Super Truck 100 lap feature during “World Cup†2007. Both companies have also contributed to the purse, making it the biggest Super Truck feature purse in history. The winner of the Super Truck, 100 lap feature event will take home $3,000.00. The second place truck will receive $2,000.00, 3rd $1,000.00, 4th $850, 5th $700.00, 6th $530.00, 7th $400.00, 8th $350.00, 9th $325 with 10th place and back receiving $300.00
Competitors in the I-70 Super Truck class will start “World Cup†weekend with a practice session along with the ASA Late Models on Friday, September 21st. Hours for the practice session will be 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
On Saturday, September 22nd the pits will open at 11:00 am with practice for Super Trucks along with the ASA Late Models, Dirt SportMods/B-Mods and Dirt Stock Cars. In addition, the Super Trucks and ASA Late Models will be given a short hot lap session during the Saturday night Asphalt program.
On “World Cup†Sunday, Pit Gates will open at 11:00 am with Asphalt practice from 12:00 to 1:00 pm. Super Truck and ASA Late Model qualifying will begin at 1:15 pm. The ASA Late Model “Last Chance Race†will start at 2:00 pm, followed by the 100 lap â€Joslin’s Jewelry / Pier Masters†Super Truck feature, a short intermission and then the 2007 “World Cup†200 lap event for the ASA Late models.
