China : US customhouse uncovers smuggled fake garment case

America Immigration and Customs Enforcement uncovered a smuggled counterfeit garment case last month.
Counterfeit garment involves many famous brands like Akademiks, Marithe, Francois, Girbaud, Apple, Bottoms, Nike, Baby, Phat, Pepe, Enyce, Red Monkey, Evisu, Rocawear, Lacoste, Route 66, LRGSean, John.
It is reported, American customhouse has begun to investigate this group for smuggled products since 2005
The counterfeit garment entered America through Newark port and Kennedy airport, and most of these garments are from China and Pakistan.
Customhouse said garment manufacture is very important for American economy and the public and hence, strong enforcement measures will taken against such behavior.
